• Our Bouncy Castles have age and weight limits, please ensure that these are abided by.

• Please note if the weather forecast is a 60% chance of rain or winds over 26km/h then we will cancel the hire for safety reasons and your deposit will be refunded

• In case of moderate to high winds, heavy rain and/or lightning, have children exit inflatable, immediately turn off fan, power and/or generator

 

• A responsible adult must supervise the inflatable at all times.

 

• Ensure that all users remove footwear and any other hard, sharp objects from their person. Such things as buckles, pens, purses and glasses should be removed.

 

• No smoking near the inflatable.

 

• No food or drink to be taken onto the inflatable.

 

• No animals allowed on the inflatable.

 

• Do not allow anyone to play or jump on the front step / entry.

 

• Ensure that children using the inflatable are of a similar size, no large and small children on at the same time.

 

• No somersaults, no rough play, no climbing or hanging off the walls.

 

• In the event of a power failure, responsible adult to make sure all people are evacuated from the inflatable immediately.

 

• Payment - A small deposit is required and booking early is advised to make sure you do not miss out on your inflatable. Payment is required Cash on set up of your inflatable. Your deposit is fully refundable if your event is cancelled due to bad weather.

 

• During periods of bad weather conditions, rain, high winds etc we will assess the conditions to determine if it is safe to go ahead with the set up of the inflatable. If there is 60% or more chance of rain your hire may be cancelled and your deposit refunded.

 

• Set up requires an extra meter on all sides of the inflatable.

• Hirer/parent responsibility is to monitor weather until the end of hire period.
