By hiring and/or using any inflatable equipment including bucking bull (“the Equipment”), the Hirer and all participants acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Assumption of Risk
   The use of inflatable amusement equipment involves inherent risks, including but not limited to slips, falls, collisions, and impact injuries. The Hirer and all participants voluntarily assume all such risks associated with the use of the Equipment.

2. Supervision & Responsibility
   The Hirer is solely responsible for:

   • Providing adequate adult supervision at all times

   • Ensuring all participants follow safety rules and instructions

   • Preventing unsafe behaviour, overcrowding, rough play, flips, or misuse of the Equipment

3. Participant Suitability
   The Equipment must not be used by:

   • Anyone under the influence of alcohol or drugs

   • Anyone with medical conditions, injuries, pregnancy, neck/back issues, or heart conditions

   • Anyone exceeding the manufacturer’s height or weight limits

4. Weather Conditions
   The Equipment must not be used in:

   • Strong winds

   • Heavy rain or storms

   • Unsafe or slippery ground conditions

   Use must cease immediately if weather conditions become unsafe.

5. Bucking Bull Safety
   Bucking bull participants must:

   • Follow all operator instructions

   • Wear appropriate footwear or ride barefoot as instructed

   • Acknowledge the increased risk of falls and impact

   Participation is entirely at the rider’s own risk.

6. Damage & Liability
   The Hirer accepts full responsibility for:

   • Any loss, damage, or misuse of the Equipment

   • Any damage caused to property, persons, or surrounding areas during the hire period
